Our notary and paralegal liaisons are on call at the service of visitors and their hosts, and can usually be on site at most hotels, convention or meeting facilities within minutes.
Unmatched Privacy and Security
Unlike other document specialists, all liaisons are retained by the Legal Attaché. Their work is attorney product, protected by attorney-client privilege.
Additionally, liaisons of the Legal Attaché may act in the capacity of emissary, with direct orders of a consul or as a member of a consulate according to the Vienna Conventions on Consular Relations of 1963. Documents properly identified as property of the consulate, in possession of the liaison, may thus be protected by the Vienna Conventions from search and seizure. This could include documents transported by the liaison to the consulate for further delivery outside the Country.
